Each cup of gourmet UCC coffee is carefully siphoned brewed, one individual cup at a time. Our baristas are rigorously trained to master the technique that ensures each cup brings "Good Coffee Smiles." UCC Café Plaza serves the wide selection of coffees listed below daily.

SIPHONED COFFEES

UCC Blend
Developed by UCC specifically for coffee house use. The UCC Blend is a mixture of different beans from around the UCC estates and a mixture of different roasts of beans from dark, medium, and light. It is a full bodied coffee with perfect levels of acidity, aroma, and smooth flavor intensity. This is the real perfect cup of coffee.

American
Don't get it confused with traditional AMERICANO (espresso shot with hot water) this is the lightest coffee of them all. American is a medium roast, light blend coffee. It is delicately light on the acidity but has a satisfying smooth flavor.

Blue Mountain No.1
100% pure Jamaican blue mountain coffee, meticulously picked, sorted and roasted evenly to perfection. This coffee has been graded as the top coffee bean in the world.

Blue mountain Blend
Made with one of the best coffee beans in the world, this is a combination of different roasted blue mountain beans that give it a slightly fuller flavor.

Colombia
A medium roast coffee with a slight hint of sweetness, acidity and a smooth flavored finish.

Hawaii Kona Coffee
100% Kona coffee medium roast with a delicate full bodied texture of flavor, sweetness and acidity.

Kilimanjaro
A medium roast coffee with a medium intensity of acidity, slight sweetness and a smooth flavored finish.

Sumiyaki
Sumiyaki, Japanese for "charcoal roast" is a mixture of different beans roasted until charcoal color. Espresso lovers, this is a strong dose of coffee. It has a deep rich aroma and smooth flavor minus the bitter taste.

Developed by UCC specifically for coffee house use. It is a mixture of different beans from around the UCC estates and a mixture of different roasts of beans from dark, medium, and light. It is a full bodied coffee with perfect level of acidity, aroma, and smooth flavor intensity. This is the real perfect cup of coffee on the rocks.

Iced Sumiyaki
Made via the Dutch brewing process, the Sumiyaki, Japanese for "charcoal roast" is a mixture of different beans roasted until charcoal color, is brewed for 8 hours using room temperature distilled water. It has a deep rich aroma and smooth flavor minus the bitter taste.
